**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers
- Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for the crew
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Inspect and maintain equipment and tools
- Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Provide training and guidance to crew members
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Perform hands-on landscaping work as needed

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, including experience leading a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (G Class Mandatory, AZ/DZ Recommend)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

Wage: $24 - $28
