**Overview**

The Farm Hand will work closely with experienced staff to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of farm management.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean out Pens, mucking Stalls, feeding Animals is main Duty
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water supply for crops.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks, including repairs and installations.
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and crop planning.
- Assist with lifting tasks, such as moving supplies or harvested produce.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm facilities.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety.
- mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining machinery is preferred.
- Experience with gardening practices is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and recording data accurately.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (70lbs) as required by farm tasks.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in farming practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background in Construction is preferred but not mandatory

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the farm.
