Burnaby, Canada Capitol Hill Animal Hospital Full time

Capitol Hill Animal Hospital is looking to add a full time member to our bustling practice. We are a busy 2+ doctor practice that is looking to expand our team and we are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join us. We are a small animal practice, that is 60% exotics and 40% canine/feline.

We are looking for someone who has positive and helpful manner with a professional attitude; has excellent client service skills and communication skills; can handle a fast-paced environment; is able to multitask.

Primary duties of this team member would be:

- Triaging emergencies
- Scheduling appointments/surgeries
- Admitting patients
- Invoicing clients
- Call backs/reminders
- Managing a multi-doctor schedule
- Keeping up cleanliness of the clinic

Use of Idexx Neo Veterinary Software is an asset, although not required.
Previous reception experience in a similar setting is preferred.
Graduate of an accredited program for Veterinary assistants and receptionists is preferred.

Wage will be assessed according to experience.

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Veterinary or Medical office Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
