Assist in daily operation from preparation, cooking, displaying, and serving the customers.
- Ensure the health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Frequently monitor the food temperature, cooler temperature, and freezer temperature to ensure a healthy food environment.
- Maintain the workplace clean and tidy to avoid and potential food safety hazards.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner to ensure the highest customer satisfaction level.
- Maintain inventory levels and may require transfer inventory stocks from storage room/cooler/freezer to department, which may require some lifting.

- 協助及推薦顧客選購各種廚食產品, 如燒臘、熱食、點心、壽司及其他各類熟食商品

- 切片,切塊,包裝, 貼標籤和準備各種食品, 如燒臘、壽司及其他廚食製品, 並貼上銷售標籤後放置展示櫃上
- 負責工作場地清潔及沖洗工作, 並妥善保管工具
- 保持商品陳列的豐滿度, 美觀和整齊, 在適當時及時補充庫存
- 核實和處理回收到期之各種廚食製品類商品, 並控制損耗
- 接收交付的產品及客戶的訂單
- 確保每日銷售表及日常檢查表嚴格之履行
- 執行其他上級委派的任務
