We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team to execute high quality residential renovations.

Full House Renovations is a residential renovation company operating in Edmonton for over 30 years. As a Project Coordinator, you are an enthusiastic and organized individual and will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, scheduling, coordination, execution and management all construction aspects of our residential renovation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for the construction industry.

- Scheduling all projects through our web based software for timeline projections and resource allocation
- Obtain and approve quotes and estimates from suppliers and subtrades
- Schedule suppliers and subtrades
- Manage project schedule and budget
- Communicate daily with site supervisors and owners on project progress
- Professionally interact and collaborate with customers and sub contractors
- Work with our design team to capture the vision of the project
- Work full time in the office requiring confidence with computer and scheduling software
- Be personable and approachable with a good attitude
- Be adaptable with changing priorities
- Perform many other tasks to successfully complete high quality projects

'''Experience'''
- Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry is preferred and/or 3 years of residential construction experience
- Degree or diploma preferred
- Proficiency in using construction management software and strong computer skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics a plus
