LuminUltra is currently recruiting for an EMEA Sales Manager to join the European Sales Team.

As a key member of LuminUltra’s Sales Team, the **EMEA Sales Manager** **will have the following responsibilities:

- Team Development
- Develop and implement individual score cards, KPI’s and supporting work plans aligned with regional and corporate annual goals and objectives.
- Establish rhythm for operational performance review, analytics, and initiation of improvement actions.
- Drive and/or conduct regular Lessons Learned sessions and initiate continuous improvement change projects.
- Develop team members to the next level as part of the succession planning initiatives.
- Growth
- Development and execution of regional sales strategy and growth plans congruent with the company’s overall strategic plan.
- Develop and direct the regional sales team to effectively target key opportunities, monitor progress, and effectively communicate regularly to key stakeholders within the business.
- Work with Product Development (Hardware and Software) to continually monitor technological changes, market trends, and competitive products.
- Be a key contributor to the development of LuminUltra’s Regional growth plan.
- Make growth investment recommendations based on market size assessment.
- Financial
- Develop and manage Regional Sales budget and forecast.
- Develop and manage sales bookings budget and on time reporting including actual vs budget and projected RTM.
- Drive profitability improvement by developing and implementing value pricing initiatives and making recommendations for product design optimization and cost reduction.
- Process Improvements
- Conduct regular market size assessment including potential of addressable markets and new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of marketing strategy and tactics, including maintenance and continuous improvement of LuminUltra’s brand elements and projection.
- Review LuminUltra’s lead generation programs and events including effective participation in marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Review and implement sales processes and tools integrated with LuminUltra’s Quality Management System.

**Qualifications**
- Sales Management & Business Development
- Experience managing sales teams, effectively targeting key opportunities, monitoring progress and effectively communicating regularly to key stakeholders within the business.
- Proven track record in developing, implementing, and delivering on business Growth Plans. Experience with a razor/razorblade sales model preferred.
- Experience driving profitability improvement by developing and implementing value pricing initiatives.
- Has a strong network of contacts representing potential partners and/or customers.
- Experience using CRM Software (Salesforce preferred) to effectively manage sales opportunities to develop and provide sales budgets and forecasts.
- Leadership, Team Building & Management
- Outstanding organizational leadership skills. A track record of building strong teams and leading/influencing through others in an inclusive performance-driven culture with a view to alignment of Regional and individual scorecards and KPI’s to corporate goals and objectives. Must be a strong teacher and motivational coach.
- Strong presence and communication, confident and inspiring style. Highly effective speaker.
- Has successfully led a team through change management process and continuous improvement.
- Market Strategy
- Has conducted regular market size assessment including potential of addressable market and make growth investment recommendations.
- Proven track record in establishing and growing a partner-based (i.e., strategic, and key account) sales community.
- Demonstrated success monitoring technological changes, market trends, and competitive products. Experience implementing strategic growth plans.
- Technical Background
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
