**Mission**
Our Structural group specializes in the engineering of foundations, buildings and structural solutions to the construction industry. Focused on providing the most cost-effective solutions to engineering challenges, we are involved in a diverse range of projects from the initial planning stages to design and construction. - While working from the Vancouver office for a majority of the time, you will be able to work in a hybrid mode._
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead the business development activities through the Metro Vancouver area.
- Liaise directly with clients, and maintain business relationships
- Prepare or supervise the structural design of buildings including commercial, residential, and institutional projects
- Work with the project team from conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion
- Ensure compliance to the quality assurance and control program
**Profile**
- Registered Professional Engineer with EGBC.
- StructEng designation with EGBC is an asset
- 10-15 years of directly related experience in structural engineering
- Self-motivation and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential
- Demonstrate a commitment to client service that is second to none
- Experience in a Canadian work environment
- Knowledge of Canadian codes and standards
