CCX Technologies is seeking a skilled Key Technical Program Manager to join our growing team for our Aerospace and Defense company.

In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project to the customer. You will be the customer’s primary point of contact through all the stages of the project lifecycle; contract definition, design, delivery and support. This position involves regular communication with cross-functional teams on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. Technical and project management skills are critical. You will provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.

Job Responsibilities
- Tracks, reports and analyzes metrics as required to understand project performance. Is able to recommend cost and schedule adjustments based on these metrics.
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop the project execution plan and has primary execution responsibilities to ensure the project remains within budget, on schedule and meets requirements.
- Considered the customer's single point of contact on the program development.
- Understands relationship of his/her projects to other development projects, defining strategic plan to leverage the investments across the business unit.
- Supports the engineering team in various technical areas such as analyzing/managing requirements, reviewing design and system level documentation as well as qualification artifacts.
- Oversee reporting of operations, engineering and product line related activities as required.
- Works with the quality team to drive all audit actions and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Experience working as an engineer/or directly with engineering teams.
- Experience communicating (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Defense or Aerospace.
- Knowledge of professional system engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.
- Ability to multitask - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Ottawa, ON K1Z 8R9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
