**Job Description**:
Our Arcadis IBI Group Toronto West office is looking for an experienced Field Inspector.This role involves monitoring of construction to ensure compliance with contract requirements and following the projects QA procedures.

**Most of the things you'll work on**:

- Carry out field inspections for civil, structural and landscape components of the project to ensure that the project is executed in accordance to the
- Prepare Inspection reports
- Track daily field quantities
- Assist with issuing Progress Certificate
- Assist with issuing Monthly Report

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need to have**:

- ** Must be able to read and understand construction contract documents**:

- Minimum successful completion of three-year college program in a relevant engineering technology discipline, or the equivalent, combined with a minimum of seven years of directly related experience in large, multi-discipline, heavy construction projects; or
- Registration with Professional Engineers Ontario as a P.Eng. or the ability to be registered
- ** 7 years Construction and/or Design coordination experience on large linear infrastructure projects is the expected minimum**:

- Proven analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and be able to independently write reports and correspondence
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
