**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain pumps and spray equipment as required for projects.
- Perform general construction labour tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
- Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
- Travel to various job sites as required (may include overnight stays).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (must provide a clean driving record upon request).
- Proven experience operating pumps and spray equipment.
- Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for work.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- A commitment to safety and a positive team attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous construction or related labour experience.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans.
