- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including combines and tractors
- Conduct regular inspections of fields and equipment to identify any issues or needs.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required harvesting or moving materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating and maintaining farm machinery.
- Familiarity with horticulture practices is advantageous.
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measuring materials and calculating quantities.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the workday.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
