Richard Secord Out of School Care Society (R.S.O.S.C.S.) is a non-profit organization that provides child care services to families in South West Edmonton. R.S.O.S.C.S. is currently seeking a skilled, hard-working and energetic individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a developmentally and age appropriate program plan for a room of up to 30 school-aged children
- Implement centre's policies and procedures
- Ensure licensing standards are maintained
- Provide direction, instruction and supervision to the staff in the room
- Lead new staff orientation

**Qualifications**: **ECE Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate or Bachelor of Education**
- 2+ years experience in child care
- Criminal record check
- First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Knoweledge and/ or course work related to Flight
- Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework

**Position start date**: ASAP

**Hourly Wage**: $17.00 - $20.80 (+ government top up)

Health Care Benefits package after 3 months & bonus offered after completing 6 months of successful employment.

COVID-19 considerations:
Mask wearing is encouraged, but not mandatory. High touch surfaces are disinfected throughout the day. Daily temperature checks completed on staff & children. Staff are required to check themselves for symptoms before reporting to work.
