**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Identifying parts**: You are responsible for identifying the correct parts for customers' vehicles based on make, model, and year. This requires a strong knowledge of the dealership's inventory and an understanding of the parts catalogue.
- **Providing customer service**:You are responsible for best-in-class customer service, including answering questions about parts and availability, researching parts, and providing cost estimates.
- **Managing inventory**:You are responsible for managing the dealership's inventory of parts, including ordering, and receiving new parts, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed.
- **Maintaining records**:You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of parts sales, including invoices and receipts, and ensuring that all parts are properly accounted for.
- **Collaborating with other departments**:You must work closely with other departments within the dealership, such as service, to ensure that parts are available for repairs and maintenance when needed.

**Measurables**:

- **Customer satisfaction rate**: This measures customers’ satisfaction with the dealership’s service, including the parts advisor. It is measured through OEM surveys and/or Google reviews.
- **Sales revenue**: This measures the total revenue generated from parts sales. A high sales revenue indicates that the Parts Advisor effectively identifies customer needs and sells the correct parts.
- **Fill rate**: This measures the percentage of customer orders that are filled correctly and on time. A high order fill rate indicates that the Parts Advisor accurately identifies customer needs and efficiently manages the ordering and delivery process.
- **Accuracy rate**: This measures the percentage of orders that are filled accurately. A high accuracy rate indicates that the Parts Advisor effectively identifies customer needs and correctly fills orders.
- **Productivity**: This includes metrics such as the number of parts sold per hour, the average time to identify the correct parts, and the average time to complete transactions.

**Compensation**:
**What we need from you**:

- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Automotive Parts Department
- Proactively maintain automated inventory replenishment lists
- Customer service focused attitude (Being able to find a way to say YES)
- Working knowledge of vehicle components and basic parts knowledge
- Ability to multitask with exceptional detail and accuracy
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
