**About You**

As a Banquet Bartender you are part of the event team in Vancouver’s preeminent wedding and banqueting venue. You are dedicated to offering first class catering services for elegant cocktail and dinner receptions. You’re a people-person and have high standards surrounding Guest satisfaction and working with a team. As someone who takes great pride in their work, you stop at nothing to provide top-of-the-line customer service and an unmatched experience. With a focus on excellence in every detail, you concoct delicious drinks that are truly memorable

**A Day in the Life**
- Ensure Guests are checked in on throughout the function.
- Manage the bar and liquor orders - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Demonstrate leadership by building positive team morale.
- Prepare and serve drinks per Stanley Park Pavillion standards, policies and procedures.
- Follow a ‘clean as you go’ policy in all work performed.
- Break-down and thoroughly clean the bar after function is over.
- Prepare garnishes for beverages.
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports.

- You’re dedicated to providing truly unmatched Guest experiences
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are highly collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills - you're a true people-person
