Looking for an exciting opportunity to flex your creative muscles? Look no further We’re looking for a **Graphic Designer & Creative Marketing Specialist** to join our in-house marketing team. This position reports directly to our **Graphic Design Lead** and works closely with the marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to bring the MDT brand to life across all channels. We're dedicated to stellar performance, and we need a like-minded professional who can keep pace with our dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dive headfirst into creating dynamic weekly marketing campaigns that are visually stunning and loaded with product knowledge.
- Use your blogging prowess to engage our audience with exciting biweekly content (design only, we have writers on staff).
- Help be the driving force behind our new product launches, creating captivating content that highlights the cutting-edge features and benefits of our products.
- Help to coordinate photo shoots that will make our products and events shine.
- Think big and contribute to projects aimed at amplifying our social media presence and boosting newsletter subscriptions, and solving creative problems.
- Visionary in developing; monthly merch, product catalogs, infographics, product icons, advertisements, promotional materials, and much more.

- You're a pro at using design software and tools.
- A passion for enhancing customer experience is key.
- A keen marketing mind and problem-solving prowess are a must.
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
- Have an eye for Photography.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
