**B.E.S.T. (Build Empowered & Skilled Tomorrow) is a FREE federally funded initiative for youth aged 15-30 who want to gain hands-on experience, develop career skills, and make a positive impact in their community.**

**Participants are matched with local partner organizations for volunteer internships in areas like**:

- **Administration & Office Support**:

- **Marketing & Digital Media**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- **Fundraising & Outreach**:

- **Other roles based on your interests**

**Highlights**:

- **Pre-placement training to prepare you for success**:

- **Flexible schedules to fit around school, work, or personal commitments**:

- **Volunteer hours count toward the Ontario high school 40-hour requirement (if applicable)**:

- **Access to professional mentors and networking opportunities**:

- **Eligible participants receive a Presto card for transportation and a laptop for program use**
