Retail Team Lead

**Coaching/Leadership**
- Act as a conduit of communication for your location supporting the Location Manager.
- Partner with Location Managers & Team Leads to ensure elevated levels of communication are maintained.
- Maintain a consistent professional, motivational and enthusiastic style.
- Exemplify the Civello image.
- Foster a sense of teamwork and mentorship.

**Guest Services/Retail**
- Partner with Location Managers & Team Leads to ensure that elevated levels of client service are consistently achieved.
- Partner with Location Managers to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Act as role model in the execution of internal and external Client Service.
- Audit Calls in Ring Central & Coach Team accordingly.
- Assist Location Managers with booking challenges in the schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
- Confirm accuracy of online bookings and adjust accordingly when necessary.
- Consistently capture up to date client information including credit card for enforcement of the Cancellation Policy and to ensure CASL compliance.
- Create connections and convert clients to retail offerings through product knowledge and by participating in the Civello Sampling Program.

**Operations**
- Support monthly general staff meeting by providing all product launches, promotions, and sales incentives.
- Be certain that any challenges will be brought to the attention of the Location Manager when deemed necessary.
- Audit closing paperwork every morning.
- Be present at all team meetings and support the Location Manager in conveying reports or any challenges.
- Prepare Morning Huddle Template and Be Here Now Template.
- Partner with Location Managers to ensure that the location consistently adheres to merchandising standards.
- Partner with Location Managers in maintaining standards of excellence, including displays, signage, lighting, props and domains, and tester stock.
- Ensure smooth promotional launches with marketing collateral delivery and organization.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels by communicating all stock needs on allocated ordering dates in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all aspects of ordering process including but not limited to placing orders, receiving orders, and maintaining the stock room.
- Oversee the control of inventory counts in an accurate and timely manner at location.
- Ensure that the store is always clean, immaculate and sanitized.

**Finance**
- Partner with Location Manager to maintain low shrink levels.
- Audit Shortages and follow Loss Prevention Procedures.
- Ensure that all maintenance, safety, and emergency guidelines are adhered to in conjunction with Location Manager.

**Administration**
- Implement and integrate all systems and processes to help drive initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Ensure all end of day and pay period reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

**Education**
- Attend all Civello educational classes as mandated.
- Train in Stress Relieving Rituals including but not limited to Hand Massage.
- Attend and participate at all staff meetings, workshops, company events, product knowledge and retailing classes.
- Make your work experience educational by working with a Civello mentor, observe and ask questions regarding all aspects of the Civello experience.
