**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Read and interpret blueprints/job orders to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Restore surfaces as needed to maintain the integrity of structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all stages of the project.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction painting techniques for both residential and industrial settings.
- Experience in using power tools and hand tools relevant to painting tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques for various surfaces is a plus.
- Familiarity with carpentry skills can enhance project outcomes.
