**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks across Thunder Bay and surrounding areas
- Respond to dispatch calls for breakdowns, accidents, impounds, and scheduled transports.
- Perform basic diagnostics and assist with roadside troubleshooting
- Handle vehicle recovery and secure transport with care and precision
- Maintain accurate documentation for each tow and service call
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and law enforcement personnel during roadside assistance calls.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicle condition, location, and time of service.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G, AZ or DZ driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude: diagnostics, repairs, and general automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
