Waiter / Waitress

### Duties:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the food and beverages
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers leave
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Upsell additional menu items or specials to increase sales

## Experience:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

**Salary**: $12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
