With a focus on total wealth planning, and wealth specialists to help you deliver on this unique value proposition, you’ll be enabling clients to see not just the big picture, but all the little ones too. The Wealth Committee Associate role provides administrative and events planning support, working with different committees/boards supporting a variety of projects across Canada. **Is this role right for you? In this role you will**: - Maintain an up-to-date contact database, coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings for all board members - Build effective working relationships with both internal and external partners - Handle questions in a confidential and sensitive matter including issuing cheques and tax receipts - Plan, execute and provide support during conferences and annual events - Provide administrative support including mail logs and meeting preparation **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
