You have strong family values, acting with honesty and integrity assisting our clients and supporting our practice. You bring a professional attitude and appearance. Do you have a financial services or insurance background? You are mutual fund licensed or can be within 90 days. You demonstrate exceptional listening skills, understanding and responding effectively to client needs and concerns. You excel at cultivating client relationships with a focus on proactive engagement and service delivery. You have a keen mind with a creative approach to problem resolution. You understand the value of attention to detail, client service, and can prioritize your time and tasks. Your excellent communication skills facilitate effective engagement with team members and clients alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A first point of contact for our team, welcoming clients that phone, or attend meetings.
- Scheduling of appointments for clients and meeting preparation, including statement, summary, and presentation preparation.
- Maintenance and updates of CRM information.
- Prompt and efficient reporting and support for our valued clients.
- Client trade submissions, Know Your Client (KYC) updates, updates for address and beneficiaries as required holdings.
- Management of mail and courier services as required.
- Collaboration in holistic planning to optimize client satisfaction.
- Positive contribution to team goals.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
