Experienced Butcher

**Job description**

Pavao Meats is a family-owned business, dedicated to total customer satisfaction by providing quality meat products and service through the passion and dedication of its employees. We are currently hiring a butcher to join our growing team

**Hourly rate**: $18.00-25.00/hr

**Schedule**:Retail schedule ( includes weekends) -7:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm

**Location**: 675 Rymal Rd. East, Hamilton (Inside of Lidio's Nofrills)

**Skills and abilities**:

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and personal integrity
- Good time management
- Physically fit for duty

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Cut, debone and grind different species of meat according to store need and customer specification
- Able to cut meat form the carcass/ swinging beef
- Weigh, wrap and label packages of meat
- Marinate different meat cuts
- Responsible for cleaning machinery after use and other working tools
- All other duties required
