Hampton Terrace is a 101 bed Long Term Care facility located in Burlington, Ontario. We are a **BEST PRACTICE SPOTLIGHT ORGANIZATION **predesignate working with the RNAO and received an **EXEMPLARY 4 year Accreditation status **from Accreditation Canada. Hampton Terrace fosters a supportive, team oriented environment.

PSWs are responsible for provision of care of their assigned residents in accordance with the residents' plans of care. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, transfers, toileting, assistance at meals, documentation, communication of any concerns or change in resident condition to the nursing staff, and other related duties as assigned.

To ensure a high level of care is provided to our residents, all staff must adhere to the policies and practices of Hampton Terrace Care Centre in accordance with the Long Term Care Act, Public Health, and other relevant legislation. A vulnerable sector clearance check within the last 6 months will be required, as well as proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Current vulnerable sector check (within last 6 months), 2 step TB test (in last 12 months) and proof of COVID vaccination (2 doses minimum) will be required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
