**What You’ll Do**
- Install, maintain, and repair residential garage doors, openers, and related hardware according to company standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all jobs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay up to date with new products, tools, and techniques in the garage door industry

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience as a residential garage door technician or in a related mechanical/installation role
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with garage door tools, hardware, and safety procedures
- Technical certifications or trade school background is an asset
