**Job Description** Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Event Servers are extremely knowledgeable about all food and beverage items served at each event. By adhering to the steps of service they answer questions, provide assistance and create a positive guest experience. Servers maintain a clean section and monitor food quality to ensure all items are held to Oliver and Bonacini presentation standards. Through knowledge, accuracy and efficiency our servers provide the utmost satisfaction to our guests.**

**The Day to Day**:

- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services when necessary
- Assist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest
- Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
- Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
- Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter etc.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety standards and systems
- Empty garbage, change linen bags and dispose of garbage and recycling
- Other duties as assigned or required

**Qualifications**
- Smart Serve Certification a must
- Previous serving or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand for long period of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to take direction and prioritize
