**Overview**

**Duties**
- Keep exterior of store front clean and free of debris
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal condition.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Paint as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Be on call for emergencies between 8 and 5.
- Extra money to be made for after hours callouts.
- Keep a high level of cleanliness to all store fronts and sidewalks. Garbage rooms and common spaces.
- Abide by a set schedule provided by employer.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems is essential.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and practices is desirable.
- Ability to maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.

Using and understanding our Work order program is essential.

Training provided.

Extra work outside of the scope will come available.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week

Additional pay:
