**General Accountability**:
This position is responsible for the daily inspection of work sites within an assigned territory, including a network of cardlocks, remotely monitored fueling locations, bulk plants, offices and other facilities, and the maintenance of these sites to ensure cleanliness, safety and company image standards.
Additionally, this position may provide coverage for other positions within the Operations Group.
**Reports To**: Supervisor, Operations
Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Completes daily inspection assigned work sites. This includes resolving and reporting deficiencies found during inspection.
- Maintains a written log of conditions found.
- Clearing all walkways of snow and ice at assigned location. This includes shoveling snow and spreading salt, or similar ice melting product, as needed.
- Sweeping and picking up any debris.
- Cleaning and disinfecting of dispenser and contact surfaces.
- Replenishment of supplies as in printer paper, washer fluid etc.
- On-site painting as required.
- Lawn and flower bed maintenance, including grass cutting, weeding, trimming, etc.
- Assists with and oversees projects relating to the assigned sites.
- Maintains cleanliness of building exteriors, including windows and awnings, where applicable.
- Delivers products to other location.
- Perform highly physical work outdoors on a consistent basis in a variety of weather conditions.
- Work as part of a team and take direction.
- Understands and complies with Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each specific accountability satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform specific accountabilities.
- Valid G Driver’s Licence is required;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs;
- Petroleum Mechanic Licence (PM3), or willing to obtain a PM3 licence, considered an asset.

**Working Conditions**:
Mostly outdoors. Physical activity includes walking, climbing, inspecting and reaching in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature. Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Driving is also required. Working in awkward positions.
