**Production Team Members** play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an **_exciting and dynamic career_** in the Automotive Industry.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Starting wages of $19.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $20.75/hr at 18 months of service**:

- **Paid overtime after 40/hours per week**:

- **Company** Performance Bonuses**:

- **Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Produce Quality products
- Meet hourly production quotas
- Document daily production

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is_ preferred_ **-or—**successful completion of an aptitude test
