**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Should be able to do Home Renovations, Cabinet Installations, Cabinet Painting, flooring, sub-flooring, baths, tiles, showers, plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, demolition, basement renovation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects while maintaining clear communication with clients regarding progress and any additional needs.
- Document work performed and report any significant issues or necessary repairs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2yr experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
