- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all equipment is properly organized and maintained.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction or manufacturing tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
