What You’ll Do Engage children in play-based learning that supports physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth Promote positive guidance, cooperation, and self-help skills Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being Collaborate with coworkers to plan activities, maintain routines, and meet licensing standards Requirements: Minimum Level 1 or willingness to complete your Level 1 for free while working (Alberta funding available) Infant/Child First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Recent RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check Communicate openly and professionally with families and colleagues Perks and Benefits: Weekends off Lunches provided daily Health benefits after 9-month probationary period Paid vacation and flex days Free Level 1 certification while you work (through Alberta funding) Supportive, collaborative team environment Ongoing training and professional development Work in the heart of beautiful Banff National Park Pay: $22.00-$31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Extended health care - Paid time off Work Location: In person
