**Join Our Team as a Sales Lead & Key Account Manager**

**The Role**: As a Sales Lead & Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of nurturing relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving new business. You'll be the linchpin between our clients and success, actively engaging with both current and potential clients to fuel growth and solidify relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and manage sales training and enablement materials for the team, including:

- Sales Templates (presentations)
- Talk tracks.- One Pagers
- And more, as needed.
- Cultivate and nurture existing accounts, focusing on building enduring relationships through ELEVATE’s customer-centric approach.
- Strategically develop and manage Account Plans with a keen eye on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Play a vital role in fiscal planning and revenue forecasting with support from our Finance team.
- Collaborate to produce internal monthly reports, working closely with Finance & e-PMO, covering:

- Sales forecasts
- Closed-won deals (including client feedback)
- Closed-lost deals (including client feedback)- Pipeline status
- Sales Cycle Length
- Win Rate
- Book-to-Bill ratio
- Steer the ship for our Sales Pipeline across all related activities using our CRM system.- Upload essential documents, presentations, and sales materials to enhance our sales process.
- Keep a watchful eye on deal stages to ensure accurate reporting and gauge the likelihood of deal success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in key account management and sales leadership.
- Exceptional organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team player with a knack for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- A strategic thinker with sharp analytical abilities.
- Previous experience in sales training and enablement is a big plus.
