Cabling Technician

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a cabling technician to join our team. Experience with cabling is required. Working at heights and Scissor/Boom Certification is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems for commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunication systems and network connectivity.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform installations of low voltage wiring.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations.
- Document work performed, including any changes made during installations or repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cable technology.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telecommunications or related field is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.70-$36.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
