Due to major growth we are expanding our Customer Service team in Toronto and currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the team.

**Key responsabilities will include**:

- Have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities and situations.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries.
- Be reliable and be there for customers.
- Analyze incoming queries and identify repetitive issues such as identifying potential problems with user experience or technical issues.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Ensure Zendesk tickets are updated and information is accurate and up to date.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, desirable.
- Flexible work schedule including ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
