Job description:_

Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Intern must understand the process of the maintenance department. He or she will be responsible for the review, update, to understand and improve the maintenance management system.

More specifically:

- Analyze existing KPIs, improve them and implement new ones.
- Train maintenance employees on new KPIs
- Ensure to update the stock of the spare parts and help in the current project by identify all existing items.
- Participate in document management and maintenance software.
- Support the Maintenance Manager to develop work tools for the team and do the training.
- Plan preventive repairs in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Participate in the update and improvement of work instruction by proposing concrete changes in equipment.
- Education:_
- Enrolled in mechanical or industrial engineering bachelor
- Experience in the industry is an asset
- 3rd year internship level
- Skills and Requirements:_
- Interest in the manufacturing environment
- Autonomy
- Familiar with IT tools
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Organized to meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and manage priorities
