If you want a job that is close to the action, or maybe you want to learn how a food manufactuer works, look no further than this opportunity This "entry-level" position could be a great stepping stone for your career. **Your responsabilities** Under the direction of the Quality Control Supervisor, sees to the maintenance of quality at the level of production lines and at the level of procedures, instructions and forms of the quality system. - Inspect, approve and participate in departures from production lines as well as for adjacent rooms - Support the production team during operations and problems - Perform and comply with physical tests: Aw, organo, Brix, viscosity - Follow, develop and/or write reports, forms and instructions related to the quality system - Work on the JDE system, create batches, block for holds, make ingredient substitutions **Why choose us?** We offer: - Access to an employer-sponsored contribution pension plan - Access to a group insurance program (drugs, dental, disability and eyeglasses) - 48 hours of sick or personal leave - Direct and free parking - A schedule of 3 or 4 workdays (12h) a week - The opportunity of a full-time permanent position **Who are we looking for?** In addition to being brilliant, friendly and passionate, our Quality Control Technician will: - Academic background: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in dietetics or food processing or equivalent. - Experience: Have 0 to 2 years of experience as a line inspector in quality control in the food sector.
