**Figurra Institute**, located in Dieppe, NB, is looking for a new member to join its medical team. Our Institute offers specialized medical aesthetic and laser services supervised by a nationally recognized dermatologist and a team of professional skin care specialists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide pro-active medical assistance to doctors as needed;
- Educate patient on the variety of treatments available at Figurra;
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments;
- Confirm Diagnostic and Treatment Plan with doctor;
- Prepare Treatment Plans;
- Prepare Treatment room, products, medications, medical materials and equipment according to treatment plan;
- Prepare patient prior to treatment (anaesthesia, photos, etc.);
- Explain Post-treatment care and ensure patient understands them;
- Develop skin care plan for patients;
- Write and maintain medical records on patient and treatments;
- Complete and forward requests for references, prescriptions or other documents if appl.;
- Remove stitches and make appropriate dressings when necessary;
- Administer post-treatment care and teach care instructions to patients;
- Conduct patient follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Aesthetic Experience is an asset;
- Previous Medical Assistance Experience is an asset;
- Previous Operating Assistance Experience is an asset;
- Active member of Nurses Association of NB;
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English;
- Outgoing, self-motivated and positive personality;
- Computer knowledge of MS Office and computerized medical software;
- Fast learner;
- Experience in Sale Techniques is an asset;
- Team-oriented individual;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Great sales and patient service abilities;
