**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance student understanding.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, respect, and collaboration.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices, resources, and strategies for improving student outcomes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

**Requirements**:

- a degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment documentation.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for teaching is essential.
