Fresh Start Foods is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Operator who is eager to work in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment in our Richmond, BC location.
- Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Hours of Operation: Sunday to Friday, Must be able to work on Sundays and Holidays as required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.
- Lift boxes up to 50 lbs onto pallets or machines.
- Assemble packages as per the client’s order.
- Coordinate with Production Lead Hands on transferring raw materials from warehouse to production.
- Must be able to fill traceability and report RM quality
- Remove waste from the production area as required.
- Work with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned warehouse and production area.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Forklift certification (Battery and Propane) is an asset (Training can be provided).
- Previous Warehouse experience in the Food Industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold, and wet environment.
- Ability to frequently lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending/stopping. Occasionally required to squat/kneel/rotate/twist/balance.
- Self Motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Culturally adaptable to work in a diverse workforce.
- Ability to speak and read basic English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accountable and dependable.
