With the successful experience in the United States, GCI is established to provide Hyundai Glovis' expertise in logistics and synergy in operations to its Canadian counterparts - Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and KIA Canada Inc. **WE ARE HIRING "IT Analyst" (For 1 year fixed term contract)** **Position Summary** This role is essential in designing, managing, and enhancing the technology systems that drive our innovative products and services. Collaborating closely with developers, engineers, and business analysts, this position leverages expertise in software development, systems administration, and database management to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and scalable. **Responsibilities** - Perform gap analyses, reengineer business processes, and create roadmaps and proof-of-concept models. - Develop and document IT processes and procedures, including drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the organization. - Collaborate with business teams on testing initiatives, including designing and executing comprehensive test strategies. - Build trust and foster strong relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. - Deliver training and support to end-users on newly implemented software and solutions. - Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the IT industry. **Education**: - An Associate's degree. **Experience** - Preferred: 3 years of demonstrated experience in IT or a related field. - Proven experience in IT project implementation and delivery. **Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean. - Ability to analyze global security standards and adapt them to the enterprise. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. - Strong time management and critical thinking skills. - Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. **Please confirm that this is a 1-year full-time contract position.** - **We thank all applicants for their submissions, but only those who are shortlisted will be contacted.**_ **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Company events - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site gym - On-site parking - Paid time off - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5B 3C3
