- Management and implementation of technical aspects of house-raising projects, including but not limited to raising/moving, crib layouts and beam placements.
- Manage construction sites and projects, ensuring staff adhere to plans and safety codes.
- Supervise crews, and enforce employee schedules and timelines
- Working with clients to answer any questions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with managers on all project activities, including scheduling, workloads, and any other issues that may arise.
- Resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Operate various tools and equipment, including jackhammers, skill saws, concrete saws, drills, etc.
- Supervision and operation of heavy equipment, including jacking systems and cranes.
- Other duties include but are not limited to machinery operation, drain tile and sump installations, manual labour etc.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather
- Has good observation and problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in a job well done
- Mature and responsible person, eager to learn and grow within the company

Qualifications/Skills
- Thorough understanding and experience in house-raising construction procedures, standards and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability and experience training staff.
- At least 2 years in a similar role with foreman experience.
- Experience using and understanding a hydraulic unified jacking system
- Level A Stiff Boom 20 tonnes certification
- Class 5 driver’s licence with airbrakes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
