**Job Title: Vehicle Onboarding and Offboarding Assistant**
**Company: Clearway Rentals Inc.**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**

**Position Overview**:
Clearway Rentals Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Vehicle Onboarding and Offboarding Employee to assist with the preparation and upkeep of our diverse rental fleet. This position is responsible for preparing new vehicles for our rental division and ensuring vehicles coming off our rental fleet are properly prepped for sale. The role involves handling a range of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, cargo vans, minivans, passenger buses, and moving trucks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Vehicle Onboarding**:

- Prepare new vehicles for the rental department by performing various tasks, including vehicle pre-inspection, and ensuring all necessary decals are applied.
- Install decals on new vehicles and remove decals from vehicles being decommissioned from the rental fleet.
- Minor touch-ups and light painting as needed.

Vehicle Offboarding**:

- Prepare vehicles coming off the rental fleet for sale, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct any necessary minor touch-ups to ensure vehicles are ready for auction or placement on the sales lot.
- Assist in organizing vehicles for transport to auction or for placement in the sales lot.
- **
Vehicle Deliveries and Transfers**:

- Safely drive and deliver vehicles to various locations, including auctions, sales lots, and other destinations as required.
- Maintain and monitor vehicle conditions during transport and ensure proper paperwork accompanies vehicles.
- **
Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles onboarded and offboarded, including any maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed.
- Track and document the status of each vehicle to ensure timely processing and smooth transitions in the fleet.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Valid Driver’s License**: Clean driving record is essential as driving and vehicle delivery is required.
- ** Experience with Vehicles**: Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, detailing, or fleet support is a plus.
- ** Basic Mechanical Skills**: Ability to perform minor touch-ups, light painting, and other basic maintenance tasks.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and quality when handling vehicles and tasks.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items as required by the job.
- ** Dependability**: Reliable and punctual with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- ** Good Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and standing.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Work will be conducted in a variety of settings, including a vehicle lot and garage.
