Line Cook - Patina Brewing Co. (Port Coquitlam, BC)
Patina Brewing Co., an award-winning brewhouse in Port Coquitlam, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our kitchen team Known for our Southern-style BBQ and craft beer, we take pride in delivering bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
**As a Line Cook, you will**:
- Prepare and cook menu items, including smoked meats, sides, and specials
- Work efficiently on the line during busy service hours, maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow and uphold our commitment to fresh, in-house-prepared food.
- Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and smoking, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation while adhering to food safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
**We’re looking for someone who**:
- Has 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook (or a similar role) in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Is skilled in grilling, frying, and BBQ prep (experience with smoked meats is a big plus).
- Can handle high-volume service while staying calm and focused.
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Understands food safety and sanitation practices (Food Safe certification is an asset).
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule
