We are a Rogers Authorized Dealer looking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Representative. If you are sales-oriented, self-motivated and have a passion for customer service, then this job is for you.
- Have the passion to connect and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing needs.
- Must be comfortable working in a structured, sales-driven environment.
- Actively listen to customers, analyze their needs, and offer customized solutions.
- Be talented and motivated and have the drive to succeed.
- Offer additional Roger's products and services Meet/Exceed established sales targets.
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end Have an entrepreneurial spirit Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction.
- Receive inbound sales calls from existing and new customers.
- Relationship-building skills and probing abilities to successfully close a sale.
- Creating a need by educating customers on products and services and maximizing the sales potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed high school diploma or higher.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customers' demands.
- Have superior multitasking abilities.
- Able to achieve sales quotas.
- Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required.
- Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manners, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Must be punctual and committed to work schedules.
- Ability to positively influence others.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a time-pressured environment.
