Cashier/grader

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and grade products based on established quality standards. Must be performed throughout the day multiple times.
- Perform product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Assist in retail sales by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all grading tools and materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Willingness to learn about products and services offered.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
