Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a new member to our Corporate Group. We are currently looking to add a Project Coordinator to our Contracting team on a 2 on 2 off rotation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Complete daily timesheets and submit to head office.
- Book all flights, hotels and car rentals for projects.
- Track costs associated with travel and assist with credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with on site purchasing of materials required.
- Complete receiving in accounting system for packages arriving to sites.
- Complete all pre-access documents with new hires going to site.
- Assist with scheduling employees to sites with the Project Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills required.
- Proven track record in safety leadership with familiarity in current health and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold a Valid Class 5 Driver's license.

**Note: This job will require travel. This is a rotation based job.**
