Whether customers are shopping in-store or online, our service is second to none.
As part of the store leadership team, the **Assistant Manager** plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, initiative, and a team-first mindset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, operational, and administrative tasks.
- Lead by example to ensure Store Associates provide exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to identify potential issues, before they become problems.
- As a key-holder, ensure on time opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure day-to-day business operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Make informed decisions that reflect the best interest of the customer, team, and company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to support the overall store success.
