Your expertise in transportation management systems and data entry will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.

**Duties**
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions related to freight and supply chain logistics.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system, including SyteLine software as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of 3PL (third-party logistics) services to provide informed assistance.
- Document all interactions with customers in accordance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone systems usage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement is essential.
