**Overview** **Duties** - Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified locations. - Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections and basic mechanical maintenance as needed. - Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any delays. - Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while prioritizing passenger safety. - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage or mobility aids when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transport. **Skills** - Proficient in English to effectively communicate with passengers and team members. - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all passengers. - Ability to maintain composure in various situations while addressing passenger needs. - Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. - Valid "G" License, mandatory - Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
